Refund policy

At GSD, we’re committed to delivering clean ingredients, clinical doses, and zero sugar—fast.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened or used items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please visit our Contact Page. We’ll review your request and let you know if it’s approved. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 daysof delivery. Include your order number and clear photos—we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.


Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send it. In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Return labels may be provided depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods, custom products, or personal care items

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to show up.
