Processing Time: Orders are processed within X business days before shipping.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes X-Y business days, depending on location.
If your order shows as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

Wait 3-5 business days. Sometimes, carriers mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives.

Check with neighbors or your local post office. The package may have been delivered to a nearby address or held for pickup.

Updating Your Shipping Address
